This cute space may have caught your eye as you were driving or walking around Tampa – at least it caught our eye as we drove past it!
The famous light blue house that hosts incredible weddings
But not only that, the venue provides stunning backdrops for ceremonies and receptions.
Sitting right outside of Downtown Tampa is The Orlo.
If you’re anything like me, you’re kind of obsessed with home decor.
I mean, let me go into a Crate and Barrel or Pottery Barn and don’t expect me to leave for at least an hour! Thankfully Matlock enjoys it too!
There’s just something refreshing and relaxing about looking at beautiful architecture and decor that can make a space feel impeccable.
And The Orlo? Well, they’ve nailed it.
You see, The Orlo is something special. It has history for one thing, and history is a beauty entirely on its own (The Orlo was originally built in 1896 by the president of the Tampa National Bank to share with his son and family), but they go above and beyond and make the space truly spectacular with their modern touches of decor.
As you take the virtual tour through our images, you’ll see exactly what I mean. The bridal suite to the ballroom, all the way to the bathrooms – you won’t find a single room at this venue that doesn’t make you go WOW!
One of our goals is to provide helpful tips as brides plan their wedding, and showcasing some of the best venues in the area is a way we hope we can help you in your search for the perfect venue!
And to Shelby and The Orlo team: thank you so much for inviting us to tour the space. I loved being able to see first-hand how beautiful The Orlo is! I’m still blown away at how detailed everything is and how each room has its own charm. We can’t wait for the day we get to shoot a wedding there and work with you all!
