We had the pleasure of photographing Kristie and Dan’s wedding at Sacred Heart and Oxford Exchange this past Friday and we’re excited to share some highlights from their day!

Kristie and Dan first met in Chicago and after their first date they were inseparable. They spent three years there and decided to move to Tampa, Florida to escape the cold winters. After unpacking for a couple of days, Kristie visited her hometown in Louisville – little did she know that Dan had a plan up his sleeve!

Dan picked up Kristie from the airport in Tampa and was suspiciously quiet, although Kristie didn’t think much of it. When they got home, she found flowers, champagne and Dan down on one knee. Her nails weren’t painted, she had sweatpants on and no makeup on, but it was absolutely perfect. It’s one of those moments where you really don’t care what you look like – you’re just so happy and you know you’ll remember this moment forever.

Their wedding day was nothing less than perfect. With a mixture of cloudy and sunny skies, a gorgeous church, a fun boat cruise, and the iconic Oxford Exchange – Kristie and Dan had the time of their lives getting married and spending time with their friends and family.
