Matlock and Kelly were beyond amazing—I truly don’t even know where to begin! From the moment we met them, they were so personable, kind, and easy to work with. They made us feel completely at ease in front of the camera, which is not an easy task, especially on such an emotional and fast-paced day!

You can tell immediately how well they work together—they have this natural rhythm and calm energy that makes everything flow so smoothly. It felt like having two friends by our side, capturing every special moment without ever feeling intrusive or staged.

One of my favorite little moments was when Kelly stepped in and helped fix my veil—such a small act, but it meant so much. She didn’t have to do that, but she jumped in without hesitation and made sure I looked and felt my best. That’s just the kind of people they are.

When we got our gallery back, I was honestly blown away. Every photo felt like a piece of art and brought back all the emotions of the day. They caught the little glances, the happy tears, the laughter, and all the in-between moments that we’ll now get to treasure forever.

I couldn’t be more grateful that we had Matlock and Kelly as our photographers. They’re not only incredibly talented, but also just genuinely wonderful humans. I’m so happy with how everything turned out—choosing them was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

I don’t think we truly understood the magnitude of value in the experience of Matlock and Kelly’s Photography services until we experienced for ourselves. Kelly was not only there photographing me all morning, she became a genuine friend. She was there for me to help fix my dress when the latch wouldn’t work and help me find my wedding perfume in my fluster. And Austin echoes the same appreciation for Matlock.

Matlock and Kelly exceeded all of our expectations and hopes for our photographer experience and wedding photos. Their communication and timelines prior to the wedding day curated a smooth day that captured every moment we hoped for and more. They genuinely cared about us and learned who Austin and I were as a couple, we felt seen throughout the entire process. Their professional throughout the whole experience was top tier from the initial conversations, to our welcome package, to wedding day, and to our full gallery being delivered SOOO quickly. We are so grateful.

We cannot thank Matlock and Kelly enough for capturing our most treasured day, I would trust them a hundred times over and would recommend them to all of my closest friends and family. Their quality and value speaks for itself and onto of that they are the most kindhearted people that genuinely care about their clients and their happiness.

I cannot say enough great things about both Matlock and Kelly. They are not only exceptionally talented but they are both lovely people to boot. Their calm demeanor really helped us feel at ease during our day and it truly felt like we had friends there with us every step of the way.

They compliment each other so well and it is amazing how seamlessly they’re able to work together throughout a wedding day even when they are sometimes on opposite sides of the venue capturing different moments.

I know deciding on a photographer is one of the most important decisions a couple can make for their big day, deciding on Matlock and Kelly is the best decision anyone could make and I’d make it again 100 times over. We thank both of them so much for all they’ve done for us throughout our engagement and capturing moments that mean so much.

If I could give six stars, I would. Matlock and Kelly were amongst our best decisions when it came to wedding planning – as someone who cared deeply about photography, I really struggled finding creatives who did not want to run the day and who also truly understood what I was looking for. My husband and I knew we made the right decision with them as soon as our introductory phone call happened – they are so welcoming, easy to talk to, and most of all, GET IT! They made the stress of the week so much less, and were so open to trying new concepts while also guiding us through our vision.

Our wedding was on Captiva Island, Florida – a place that is further than most of their other weddings I had seen and is not always the easiest to get around on. Not only did they do our engagement shoots there, but they made sure to scope all of our venue spots out in advance and it made our day run without a hitch. All of our wedding vendors kept talking about how we were ahead of schedule and how they had the best experience with them, from their professionalism to their team spirit for events. Above all, they also took film and polaroids of our day and they are some of our new favorite photos!
