Do you believe everything happens for a reason?

We do. And Jenna and Drew’s story confirms it for us.

You see, their story all started when Jenna hosted a conference in Tampa.

Drew lived in Illinois, but as fate would have it, he registered for the conference through another guest speaker who lived in the Chicago area.

Little did they both know that this would be the weekend that changed their lives forever.

Man, where do we begin with Jenna and Drew?

When we think of passion, love and incredibly kind people, we instantly think of these two.

As soon as we arrived to Effingham, Illinois, their friends and family were so warm and welcoming. And it felt as if we had known Jenna and Drew our whole lives! We truly felt as if we made a ton of new friends that day.

Jenna and Drew have so much passion.

Within their work, their church, their friends and family, and most of all – themselves. The love these two share for each other is so beautiful and strong, and their ceremony really showcased that. Plus, there wasn’t a single person in their entire wedding who wasn’t moved by their own personal vows they said to each other.

There was something so special about that day that I can’t really put words to it. And I think that anyone who was there that day would agree with me when I say that whether you believe in a higher power or not,

there was something magical and enchanting about the entire day.

Jenna and Drew’s wedding was a day of firsts for us.

It was our first wedding in Illinois – and seriously you guys, the Fall in Illinois is just phenomenal!

It was our first time riding in a party bus with the entire bridal party, and it was SUCH a blast!

And it was the first time Matlock and I had chills during a ceremony. I truly wish I could share the feeling we had while we were there, because like I said, words just can’t describe it! It was magical and filled with love, passion and kindness. Which isn’t a surprise because that’s exactly how Jenna and Drew are.

Jenna and Drew, we feel incredibly lucky that you two chose us to photograph your wedding day. You and your friends and family were so kind to us and truly welcomed us with open arms – we really felt at home with you all! You are both beautiful people inside and out, and we know that you two will have a beautiful marriage together! We only wish we could have spent more time with you, but we’ll just have to figure out a day in the future to meet up! We will be cheering you on as you two go through life together as husband and wife, and we can’t wait to meet up again in the near future! 🙂
