There’s something especially meaningful about a wedding held at home. For this celebration, the bride’s family home became the backdrop for a beautifully designed spring tented wedding that felt both personal and thoughtfully elevated.
In the days leading up to the weekend, the backyard was completely transformed into a ceremony and reception space — layered with intention and care. A clear-top tent set the tone for the evening, filled with a mix of textured linens, wishbone chairs, and beautifully stacked china, each table offering its own subtle variation while still feeling cohesive. One of the most memorable elements was the pool, covered with a clear dance floor that became the center of the celebration as the night unfolded.
More than anything, what stood out was the couple themselves — kind, present, and fully immersed in every moment. It created an atmosphere that felt warm, welcoming, and genuine from beginning to end. At the end of the day, their guests will remember the feeling of the day — the way joy moved through every moment, from the ceremony to the last song of the night.
Being welcomed into a family’s home for a wedding weekend is something we never take lightly. It’s an incredible privilege to document not just the celebration, but the people and place that mean the most to our couples.
